Yarrum House and Land, foundered by Stephen Murray, who was a former Chief Executive Officer of one of Australia’s largest home builders and residential developers.

Relocating to the Hunter Valley, Stephen started Yarrum House and Land and with the company’s highly experienced staff developed the business into two divisions Yarrum House and Land and Yarrum Designer Homes. Yarrum House and Land develops land subdivisions in the Hunter Valley and constructs homes on the developed lots. Yarrum Designer Homes specialises in the construction of architecturally designed homes as well as large “one off” custom homes for clients in The Vintage Golf Course Community as well as other locations for clients in the Hunter Valley.

Yarrum Homes is a locally based business that understands the needs of its clients and appreciates the beauty and uniqueness of the Hunter Valley where a home should complement the environment. Being local, means a client’s home receives constant attention which reduces construction times and mistakes, and the client, no matter where they are currently based is kept constantly informed on the progress of their home.
